Lead / Referral Program

 

M9 introduces our “Best come from the Best” Lead/Referral Pilot Program for our valued partners through August 31, 2008. We recognize that, as a professional consultant, you are constantly made aware of exciting projects and talented individuals but you can only respond to a limited few. M9 is expanding rapidly and we believe that, when you partner with us to drive new business successfully, you should share in the rewards.

Due to increasing demand from our current customers, we are in need of talented ERP and BI consultants across all Oracle and SAP product lines. In order to continue to scale these practices we need to identify additional consultants that we can deploy on projects in 2008 and beyond. We are also looking for additional opportunities to place our best consultants.

One of our consultants currently stands to make $30k this year, based on the program!

Here's how the pilot works:

Refer a qualified consultant (name, contact information, skills overview at minimum) to one of our recruiters. If we don't already know that consultant, and we place them on one of our projects in 2008, you receive $2.50 per hour for every hour they work on that assignment. The program has no financial cap.

Refer a qualified lead (manager name, contact information, skills needed at minimum) to one of our managers for assignment to our sales team. If we don't already know the decision maker and we deploy a consultant on that assignment, you will receive $2.50 per hour for every hour they bill on that engagement. This program has no financial cap.
